In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

77jj reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If you are unable to satisfactorily verify your age, 77jj reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any funds pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one 77jj account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and have sole access to.
• A valid email address that you actively monitor.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 77jj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77jj will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify 77jj support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 77jj accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the 77jj platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77jj accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the Cashier page at the time of the transaction.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful authorisation by the relevant payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
• 77jj does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified in your name as part of the KYC process.
• You must have successfully completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically clear on the same business day.
• 77jj reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing large withdrawals.

77jj offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and over only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any stakes will be returned to your account balance. • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to 77jj support immediately.

• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, or acting as an agent or intermediary for other individuals.

• Attempting to reverse or charge back any deposit already credited and played.

77jj reserves the right to conduct investigations and take appropriate action, including without limitation account suspension, fund withholding, and reporting to relevant authorities, in respect of any activity reasonably suspected to violate these prohibitions.

All content on the 77jj platform — including but not limited to the 77jj brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, data, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 77jj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 77jj platform without the express prior written consent of 77jj.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77jj shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
